We've rented with Scott Properties for almost 3 years and they've been professional, easy to deal with and quick to respond with any maintenance or any issues or questions. All of the staff have been wonderful and professional. We have loved living in our house we've rented with Scott Properties. I would recommend them for anyone looking to rent in the Charleston or Columbia area.

Great property absolutely love the house

The water heater in my unit failed. I was without hot water for a week after reporting the outage. I was able to get in touch with Gina at Scott Properties and she was able to get this problem resolved very quickly. Gina is a gem for sure, she worked very hard to get this resolved and I am very grateful for her efforts. Scott Properties has responded very quickly to any issues that have occurred in the unit that I rent.

Scott Properties manages a rental property me and my wife own and from day 1 they have been courteous, professional, timely and you can tell they just care. They manage the property as its their own. Letesha is who I have worked with for any maintenance issues and she has been a pleasure! She lets me know exactly what is going on with my property, and so helpful with all my questions. Any property I purchase in the future I will trust this team to manage every time.
